We are certified by Saitama Prefecture as “The company having diverse ways of working”.

This recognition is certified by Saitama prefecture to recognize the company that support their employees to balance between work and raising their children by giving them the various ways of working schedule, such as “Part-Time” Schedule and/or “Flex-Time” schedule. This is a part of “Womanomics Project”which aims to stimulate the economy with power of women in Saitama Prefecture.

Our company has established and maintained the working environment which employees can balance both working and raising their children without worries, by accepting the diverse ways of benefits, such as prompting to take a vacation leave for kids, maternity leave, children leave regardless of gender of our employees.

This time, we are recognized as “Silver Company”, but we are willing to keep improving our working environment.
