BCP/BCMS Basic Policy

　In the case of expected Serious Disasters, such as Great Earthquake, Fire, Infectious Diseases, etc., we have set our BCP Policy, in order for us to contribute our services to our societies by giving our technologies during these emergency situations. At the same time, with respect to the human lives, we will quickly restore our business operations, and give support to the economical uneasiness of our employees, caused by these disasters.

　With this plan, we will try to give the "Comfort", "Trust" and "Satisfaction" to our customers and stakeholders, by preventing the outflow of assets (including information and intellectual property) provided by our customers, maintaining the safety, and maintaining our technologies.

1. Purpose of BCP/BCMS as follows
   　　　
   • (1)Ensuring the life and safety of Customers, Employees, Directors, and Employees of affiliated group companies.
   　　　
   • (2)To keep continuing our business and to secure the employment of our employees and directors.
   　　　
   • (3)To secure the "Comfort" and "Trust" from our Stakeholders.
   　　　
   • (4)To secure the financial resources (People, Products, Money, Information) and to secure BCP/BCMS financial funds.
   　　　
   • (5)To cooperate and contribute to the society. (Based on the Local Administration, Fire Department, and Instruction of Disaster Preventions)
   
   
2. This BCP/BCMS will be continuously improved by reviewing regularly and/or as needed.
3. These policies will be notified among the company and affiliated companies, and will be publicized outside of company.
4. We will carry out these policies with Supply Chain Management System (SCMS).
